I have spent much of my life inside rooms where something real is trying to happen.
Leadership rooms. Women’s rooms. Boardrooms. Bedrooms. Back rooms. Retreat rooms.
Rooms where someone is about to say something out loud they have never said before. Rooms where a life is about to change. Rooms most people never have the privilege of entering.
My work is difficult to reduce to a single methodology because human beings are difficult to reduce to a single methodology. I pull from decades of experience in leadership, experience design, facilitation, somatic practice, embodiment, sexuality, relational work, pleasure, and the study of how human beings change and evolve.
I have walked my own walk. Been to hell and back.
The thing I trust most is presence.
I listen to what you say. I listen harder to what your body says while you are saying it. I notice the moment your energy changes.
The sentence you rush past.what you think is acceptable. The place where you try to hide. The place where you come alive.
And then we go there.
I will meet you with enormous tenderness and fierceness, humor and love. And I will not collude with the parts of you committed to staying small. I will hold your deepest desires alongside you - until they are fully yours.
That combination is the work.
You do not need to become more impressive… you’ve already done that.
You may need to become more honest.
More animal.
More specific.
More available to pleasure and receiving.
More willing to disappoint people in order to honor yourself.
More capable of receiving.
